Austin Courthouse Wedding | Natalie + Bryan
I figured, given the times we are in and the uptick of micro weddings, pop up weddings, small weddings, courthouse weddings, elopementsβ¦ whatever you choose to call them, itβs time to share one of my favorites! I have a secret to share with you allβ¦ Small intimate weddings are some of my favorite!! They allow the couples to be real, genuine, and emotional. With less people, they have time to really focus on the loved ones they want to share the most life changing day of their lives with. This couple was so funny and goofy together, I couldnβt help but laugh and smile at their bubbly personalities.
Bryan + Natalie met in Taiwan when Bryan decided he wasnβt doing much and figured heβd join his brother along for the ride across the ocean.
Natalie said to meβ¦ βNo matter what kind of day we are having, or what situation we are in, we can find a smile in each other. It might take some work, but no matter what, it's always worth making the other one happy. We were born on opposite ends of the world, but we were absolutely destined to meet.β

Austin 360 Elopement | Donna + Hunter
They ditched the big wedding in exchange for an intimate vow exchange at Austin 360 Bridge. We had a great time hiking up to the Austin 360 lookout, playing in creek and throwing tradition out the window. These are becoming my favorite types of unions. You can see why....
Mt. Bonnell Elopement | Melissa + Jacob
I got to photograph this sweet elopement at Mt. Bonnell here in Austin, Tx. It was just the 4 of us. The friend who did the ceremony introduced them, but not in typical matchmaker fashion. She was trying to get her friend into online dating so she screen shot a pic of this guy and sent it to her. Melissa, the bride, got online, met only him and fell in love. They've been together 4 years.
Also, you can see in some of the photos how his hand is behind her holding onto her... it's because he had a nightmare the day before that she slipped and fell and hurt herself. He wasn't taking any chances and held onto her the whole time. :)
